•   Deposits for tattoo appointments are strictly Non-Refundable

• Deposits are Non-Transferrable 

• Rescheduling an appointment without giving a minimum advanced notice of 72 hours will result in forfeiture of deposit for that session. 

• Every tattoo appointment scheduled will require its own deposit. (Ex: If your tattoo is quoted as needing six sessions, a deposit will be taken for each of the 6 sessions scheduled) 

• 2 Free reschedules are included with each project with the fulfillment of at least 72 hours notice of absence.

• Failure to provide notice of absence from a ongoing tattoo appointment will automatically result in deposit forfeiture for that tattoo appointment.

• If the tattoo has not yet been started, failure to provide notice of absence from the initial tattoo session will cause the cancellations of ALL future tattoo appointments, and deposits for those dates and times will also be forfeit. 

• Arriving past 30 minutes late for your tattoo appointment without notice may be subject to deposit forfeiture and cancellation of that tattoo appointment.
